What a strange few months it has been with Covid-19 changing life for everyone. Its been a very worrying time for many, with feelings of fear, anxiety and stress added to our normal daily routine.

I’ve always believed that the outdoors can play a massive role in our mental health and well being, and that’s part of the reason why I’m here doing this. I’d be delighted to chat to anyone who is struggling with this aspect of life just now and see if we can organise some outdoor time to support you on the road to wellness.
